Certosa Hotel Milan, Milan

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious but felt cold and the sound isolation was lacking, making every noise from neighboring rooms audible. Additionally, the corridor towards the end was poorly lit due to non-working bulbs. On the bright side, the service was friendly, especially in the evening, and there was convenient free parking available. The location, while a bit outside the main area, had good tram and metro access, although it was suggested to get food before nightfall. The dining options were basic but decent, with good coffee. However, the facilities were lacking, and the price may not fully align with the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and looked so safe, providing a sofa/living area that was perfect for our little one to play. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choices, and everything was clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay, whether you're with family, friends, or traveling solo.
